DEVNET Inc. is excited to announce that Steve Ptak has joined its team as GIS Product Manager. Ptak brings extensive experience in GIS as a specialist in Land Records and Local Government Solutions.
Ptak’s responsibilities at DEVNET include advancing and promoting the geographic information systems capabilities within the Edge
software suite. He will oversee all aspects of software development, from design to product delivery of EdgeMaps.

For the last eight years, Ptak served as a GIS Solutions Consultant and Special Projects Manager for Bruce Harris & Associates. In 2015, he was the project lead in an effort that garnered the Osceola County, Florida, Property Appraiser’s Office a Special Achievement in GIS Award from Esri, the global leader in GIS technology.
Ptak’s background interacting with local government clients and technical expertise in GIS solutions gives him an understanding of the benefits that GIS integration can provide to a modern CAMA and Tax Accounting solution like DEVNET’s Edge.
